Delivery

 

Upon checkout you are accepting our term and conditions for delivery of your purchase. We will notify you of the delivery date. Usually we are trying to deliver in 24-48hr from order have been placed. You may require have a forklift on delivery site/ premises to unload your purchase. Please make sure somebody is available to unload on the day of delivery. Upon delivery a signature will be required to confirm the delivery has taken place, please check that you have received the correct quantity of materials before signing for your delivery. If the delivery is not signed for, a photograph will be taken to confirm the number of materials that have been left on your property. We unable to cover any stolen or damaged materials after delivery, this is why we recommend somebody is available to accept the delivery.

 

Rejected Delivery

 

If a delivery is rejected, we reserve the right to keep delivery charge and also may charge a 10% fee for undelivered product to cover admin cost.

The product colour will may vary from the image shown on our website due to monitor colours, slight changes in batch colours or design updates.
